There are 4 main steps involved in the Search Optimization Process.
Step 1 – Website Analysis
An in-depth analysis of the existing website is performed in order to determine the exact optimization requirements. This step examines the navigation structure, content, graphics, links, keywords, page titles and images in addition to traffic flow.
Step 2 – Website Optimization
This is one of the most crucial steps in the Website Optimization process and takes the most amount of time and effort. This step is broken down into 3 steps: Keyword Optimization. Meta Tag Optimization and Links Optimization
Step 3 – Search Engine Submission
We follow a proprietary process that includes the submission of the now optimized website to leading search engines for proper placement. The site is submitted to more than just the top 5 search engines. We look for search engines that have a reasonable market space and that can accept straightforward submissions. This process ensures that the optimized website can be found in the major search engines of today as well as the upcoming ones of tomorrow. In addition, we also submit the optimized website to at least one directory – the DMOZ, also known as the Open Directory Project.
Step 4 – Web Traffic Reporting
The reporting process is broken down into 5 categories: Search Search Engine Ranking / Positioning Report, Search Engine Original Ranking, Search Engine Submission Report, Search Engine Link Report and the Search Engine Maintenance Report
